Visit Your Loved One at The Pavilion at Creekwood

Our Current Visitation Hours: 8am-8pm

To ensure the safety of our residents and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, our facility follows federal, state and local guidelines relating to visitation.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently updated its guidance to nursing facilities to include ways to safely allow indoor visitation and we are excited to welcome families and friends back into our building. However, in line with CMS’ guidance, there are a number of factors that can affect our ability to offer indoor visitation, which include but are not limited to the number of residents that have been vaccinated, the facility’s outbreak status and the county positivity rate.

As such, we ask that you check our facility’s Facebook page or call us directly for our most up-to-date visitation status and to learn how you can safely visit your loved ones

Family and friends, including children, are encouraged and welcome to visit their loved ones.  To provide our residents with the time they need to prepare for their day and obtain the rest they need to participate in their treatment and daily activities, please check with our staff for suggested visiting hours. Residents and their visitors are encouraged to utilize the lounges when entertaining so as not to disturb roommates or other residents who may be nearby.  Family and friends are also encouraged to spend special days with you, such as birthdays or anniversaries.  Arrangements for the use of our dining room or lounges to accommodate large gatherings can be made through our Activities Department.
