Mrs. Zeito came to The Pavilion at Creekwood after a hospitalization from a fall resulting in debilitating knee pain.

Prior to admission, Mrs. Zeito lived in a single-story house with her spouse and was independent with all daily tasks and walking. 

Upon admission, she required total assistance with all mobility and self-care tasks, due to pain and her non-weight bearing status.

Ms. Zeito had a remarkable rehab stay and exceeded everyone’s expectations. By the time she was ready to return home, she was walking and completing her self-care skills independently.
